Now I am really cracking on these Christmas cards, boy the posting dates are getting dangerously close!
This little card uses Whimsy image called Snow Kitty. It's drawn by Melissa Jenkins whose art I happen to really-really-really like.
The colouring is another result of my latest Prismacolour-on-brown-card-craze. It's a dry blending again, a tiny bit of mineral spirit was used on background but that's it.
I really like the soft effect of pencils and the detail you can go into. It won't make me to hang up my Copics but still serves as a lovely variety. Given that I have an attention span of a gold fish, variety is ESSENTIAL, lol
Oh, and see those snowflakes? They're cut with Whimsy snowflake die called Winter's Jewel I got this week, boy is it gorgeous or what!! i couldn't resist resting the image on a lacy bed of snowflakes.
The sentiment is from Whimsy Winter Letter Seals set. My favorite, as you might have noticed! The papers are from MME.

This is so cute Annika! The coloring is very good as usual. Pencils or Copics you do great with both. Love the layers and the snowflakes. Great Job!
I think you could color with mud and a stick and it would still be a masterpiece. :) It's an awesome card Annika--as always. Hugs!
Beautiful card Annika. I love how you've colored this little cutie and the snowflakes are so pretty. Hmmm, the attention span of a goldfish...I've never heard that one but it sure sounds like me lol!

Absolutely love your card and of course your coloring is heavenly. I like the look of Prismas too, Distress Inks, Copics, and even my crayons. It enables me to buy everything.
