I want to answer your question about cutting out circles of thick cardboard. I bought a special circular cutter Olfa Circle Cutter. This intsrument not skrapbooking. This cutter cuts the cardboard thickness of 2 mm is very easy. I showed them how to work in his blog. Look, if you're interested. I often cut into circles:)))
