I had been eyeing up images from Whimsy Stamps for quite a while and picked this joyful fairy from Meljens fairy tale line for my card. Love the dandelions!
She was coloured with Copics and then embellished with generous sprinklings of Martha Stewart glitter.
The papers are from BoBunny Sophie line, wonderful vibrant colours. The doily thingy was actually a printed shape from the same line, I cut it out with scissors and craft knife and sponged slightly with distress inks.
I punched the corners of the bottom layer with Xcut embossing punch and did some paper piercing, then sponged the edges again.
Then I just added the black organza ribbon and Prima sparkly flower center, couple of gems into the corners and that was about it.

I saw this on the sentimental sundays blog and was drawn to the "doily thingy"! I'm glad that I was able to come back and see how you made it! So clever to cut it out and sponge it, very nice! This is such a pretty card, I love all the glitter and sparkle, and the flowers in the corners. Really love this card!
