Stamp Something - Rubber and something pink

We were asked to get out our rubber stamps this week at Stamp Something and also to add something pink to our cards - for Breast Cancer Awareness month.

I made this card when feverish and slightly dizzy and it certainly shows, colouring just didn't work out and every design detail is slightly wonky. Plus Miss Mischief got her hands on the card before Pearl Pen was dry. Groans, scraping off smudges, building new swirls, still looks ewwww.

But I didn't have time or energy to make another one. I think the only thing I like here is the gingham flower I made and sprayed with glimmer mist. It kinda does its best trying to carry off the whole design.

Won't be entering it into any challenges though, too much pressure on one poor flower. lol

By now this card has become one of Miss Mischief's toys. She still hasn't pulled the flower off. Glue Gel rules!!

Thhanks for looking and happy crafting!
Hugs

I don't know what you are seeing, but I am seeing a very pretty card! The coloring is very good, and the flower is quite pretty! The pearls are great! Did you do them with liquid pearls? I can't seem to get them right yet. I like the card!

Yeah, smudges? What smudges? I guess you were able to cover over them very well! I think this is a lovely card, so I'm in agreement with your previous peeps.:-)

I suppose when you don't feel well, nothing looks right to you, but put it away for a week or so and you'll wonder why you hated it so much. IN saying all that clap trap, I know what you mean. I have a card or two that I wont even blog and I can't pinpoint what's wrong, only that I hate it!

I would call this a case of a less self- confidence hee hee. My oh my; I know I would enter it. If I am capable of making something as gorgeous as this I would submit it wherever possible. And you were ill while you were making this card? I knew it; you are amazingly talented and the result is gorgeous; even when you are ill.
I love it; hope you are feeling a bit better now..
Hugs,
Stella
