Yup, experimenting again

Today is a new challenge at Tickled Pink Challenges and we have a really nice sketch to follow. I used a new  image called August.
She is coloured with Copic markers with Prismacolor pencils and the background is done with soft pastels.
I went for a really rich colour scheme and happy over-embellishing this time. :) The feathers were fished out my kids crafts box (one of these days they will start to slap my fingers!)

    Fantastic card. I love the rich, blended colours of the pastel background. I will so have to try that. As for the kiddies, just think how often they play in your stash.
