Oooops...now that is something that WOULD happen to me!

Now this is a card I made in the end of March for Crissy Armstrong's DT - and, can you believe it, forgot to post it! This is just borderline embarrassing! lol Well, it IS embarrassing.. Anyways, the challenge is up for the reminder of April and it's Spring or Babies.
This cute baby dragon (awww) is a digital stamp called Hello World and isn't he just ADORABLE! I combined hims with Meadow Background to create a cute little setting. As to colouring - well, I was trying to be Dorcas with Prismacolor pencils and mineral spirit and pretty much failed miserably, lol. She does the most delicious subtle Prismacolor sky and I had this idea of replicating it and of course got too carried away and yeah, you can see the result...
But the papers are from my treasured (and thus used pretty sparingly) Echo Park Little Boy collection. Love the clear patterns and delicious colours, who says boy papers need to be muted or muddy!!!
I might sneak back tomorrow and enter some challenges but now I'm going to post this card before I forget about it, lol

    This is adorable Annika! Love the passie! The lace is a lovely touch! I always fear I will forget my post or just be too late for it. I think your coloring is fantastic. I do terrible with the clouds! Yours are good, They just have a little thunderstorm look, but that has been normal for here!

    wonderful colors. love the playfulness of the card. the design and stitching look great. and your coloring is out of this world, as always. man, i wisch i could do that. maybe some day (very soon, i hope,lol)

    OMGoodness he's so adorable!! Who would 've thought dragons could be such shweet wittle monstahs? LOve it! And your clouds look great by the way!
    I always do my clouds first, and if they don't come out I scrap it and start again, pretty anal, I know, but Ive ruined more than one image when I save the sky for last.
    Anyway, I love everything about your card, its 100% cute!

    This is super adorable Annika... the cute dragon takes away all the attention from the clouds...but then again they are not bad! I loved it!

    Adorable image, I really like the sky background...I've not been brave enough to try. Your colouring is great as usual. Love the crocheted flowers and lace too. This would fit the challenge over at http://www.amberscraftsandstuff.com/
