This month the theme is Vintage or Distressed and there's also a lovely sketch to follow. The last part I totally forgot but somehow my card came together very close to the sketch all on it's own. :D
As you can see I took the FOR FUN part quite literally and went happily mad.
This time the image is purely a Copic job. No other mediums added.
I thought that this poor zombie (he's a freebie, btw, so snap him up) was more pathetic than scary, hence the idea for the sentiment.
I merged the zombie with the forlorn Aussie Outback background and added a sentiment in Photoshop. Then I had mad fun colouring it all up and lost the track of markers I used about 15 minutes in - I suspect I used every single brown I own and LOTS of other shades. It was a blissfully messy project.
I used plenty of different distressing techniques here - sanding, sponging, rouging up the edges with scissors, crimping the paper, metallic rubons...
The papers are from DCWV and I added dew drops, some pins and jute string as finishing touches.
So come on, play along - for the fun of it! And a prize ... of course, lol.

I'm laughing so hard I need to get up from the floor now!! You are a riot girl. Loooove this card and this is coming from a girl who doesn't do gruesome at all. That sentiment paired up with the Zombie is sensational. Your colouring is outstanding and all the details you've added using All the different techniques makes this card another show stopper.
