Phindy's Challenge - Feeling The Blues

This is my third post today, please scroll down for Stampin For The Weekend and Stamp Something DT cards.

The challenge at Phindy's is to create a card using blue shades. I used another one of her Summer Cuties, just can't seem to stop colouring them, sooooo adorable!

The images was coloured with Copics and I drew the background with Copics too, so proud of myself, lol.

I made the flowers myself from bits of ribbon, buttons and bling and used the gorgeous leaves my friend Viv sent me, with some Stickles added.

The faux stitching was creating by investigating Sylvia's gorgeous cards, can see myself using that a lot!
So, as you can see, not much of myself on that card!!! The lace and flatback pearls were from my stash though, and I used a quote from dr Seuss as a sentiment.

I made the box for the card with Martha Stewart scoring board, sooooo easy. If anybody wants a quick tutorial about it, let me know!
