But let me tell you I struggled big time. I think my mistake was picking out Prima Peaches stack, for some reason it never works for me but this time I was determined to go through with it.
Well, it took me two evenings of putting all together and tearing everything apart again. I am still not 100% happy with the card, but it's miles better than my first attempts!
Papers all from Prima Peaches stack, Sentiment K&Co, cardstock from Bazzill & Papermania, black pearls from Papermania, ribbon from Poppicrafts & Joanna Sheen, butterfly & 3D paint from my stash.
Thanks for looking!
WOW...excellent job on the sketch challenge...the colors are magnificent and that bow is FABulous! Thanks for playin'!
ReplyDeleteI think it is just fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI have sure found myself in this situation where I'm just not happy with how a card is coming together; however, I think you did a beautiful job with your paper choice, the butterfly, and that big beautiful bow, and I would never have guessed that you struggled with it :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Pam, your card is fabulous and the bow is perfect.
ReplyDeleteLove your 'about me', made me laugh about the straight line being a myth. Welcome to cardmaking Annika and prepare to become obsessed. xxx
This is beautiful! LOVE that big bow and how you completed the inside of the card too - very nice!
ReplyDeleteNice work, Annika! That looks complicated to make but the final product is great!
ReplyDeleteOH...your card is fantastic, Annika!!!
ReplyDeleteWonderful colours and marvellous look.
